FEES 

Frontier Mediation Services offers alternative dispute resolution services in the form of mediations/settlement conferences for cases from Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. For the convenience of the parties, attorneys and insurance adjustors, we hold mediations online though the use of ZOOM. We have found this manner of proceeding to be highly effective at getting the dispute resolved in a much more efficient way from a time, convenience and availability standpoint.

Our fee is $300/hour, usually split equally between the parties to the dispute. Please let us know if the parties agree to different payment obligations and we will bill accordingly. We offer half-day (4 hour) and full-day (8 hour) sessions. One hour of mediator preparation time is billed for each scheduled session. Payment of the anticipated fee is due within 14 days of session scheduling confirmation.

All cancellations must be done by email to troy@frontiermediation.com or jana@frontiermediation.com. 

* Cancellations more than 10 days prior to a scheduled session will incur a $200 administrative fee per party. 

** Cancellations within 10 days of a scheduled session will incur a $500 cancellation fee per party.
